Decompile a PowerPC meter module
easyDecompile five small functions from 32-bit PowerPC machine code into portable C++17. The stubs, each marked with a TODO comment, are in src/meter.cpp. Work from reference/decompiled.c (Ghidra's pseudo-C, a draft that can be wrong) and reference/listing.asm (the real machine code). NOTES.md explains the conventions. run_tests runs the original code in an emulator next to your C++, and a function passes only when every case matches.
